Compliance, handled.
Insight, unlocked.
Eleven services across three categories — Numbers (the compliance plumbing), Insight (the analysis and tax planning), and Trust (the standing relationship). Most clients use four or five, depending on whether you're a sole trader, a partnership, or running a limited company.
The compliance foundation. Bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, accounts, CIS — filed on time, every time, in plain English.
Once the numbers are clean, they start to speak. Cashflow, self-assessment, and the MTD quarterly rhythm.
The standing relationship — consultancy and year-round tax planning. A sounding board with a calculator behind it.
All eleven, one steady hand.
Tap any service to see what's included. Mix and match — you only pay for the work you actually need.
Monthly cloud bookkeeping on Xero, QuickBooks or FreeAgent. Reconciled, categorised, MTD-ready, and always up to date.
A monthly or quarterly read of the business: P&L, balance sheet, and a plain-English commentary on what the numbers actually mean.
Year-end statutory accounts prepared, signed off, and filed at Companies House and HMRC — without the last-minute panic.
Quarterly VAT under MTD. Standard, flat-rate, cash accounting — whichever scheme suits your business.
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly RTI payroll. Auto-enrolment, P60s, P45s, P11Ds — the whole rhythm, done quietly.
Construction Industry Scheme — contractor and subcontractor monthly returns, subcontractor verification, year-end reconciliation.
A clear picture of money in and money out, weeks and months ahead. Built so you can plan, not just react.
Individual SA100 returns for sole traders, subcontractors, landlords and anyone else HMRC has asked. Done early, not on January 30th.
Ready for Making Tax Digital for Income Tax. Quarterly digital updates handled end-to-end, so you stay compliant without the headache.
Sit across the table for the bigger questions: pricing, growth, when to incorporate, when to hire. Plain talk, with the numbers to back it up.
A standing line for everyday questions: dividends, salary mix, mileage, allowances, IR35. Year-round access, no clock-watching.
Built for the way small businesses and busy people actually work.
From a self-assessment return to a limited company's year-end. Whether you're flying solo, sharing the load, or running a growing team, we're set up to handle the lot.
Joining is straightforward. Four steps, then we get on with it.
No clock-watching, no awkward handover email to write. We do the legwork so you can get back to the actual business.
A friendly 20–30 minute conversation — on the phone, over a video call, or in person at the office. No charge, no pressure. We ask what you do and what you need.
A simple, written proposal shaped around your business. Fixed fees where we can, agreed before any work starts. You sit with it for as long as you want.
We contact your previous accountant, request the records, and reconcile your opening balances. You don't need to write the awkward email.
Books reconciled monthly, deadlines tracked, questions answered the same day. You get on with the work; we get on with the numbers.
The questions we get asked most.
How do your fees work?+
Fixed monthly fees wherever possible, agreed up front and in writing. For one-off pieces of work — like a single self-assessment return or a year-end clear-up — we'll quote a flat fee. No hourly billing surprises, no padding the invoice.
What if I'm already with another accountant?+
We contact your previous firm, request the handover information, and reconcile your opening balances. You don't need to write the awkward email — we handle that bit.
Which accounting software do you work with?+
Xero, QuickBooks Online, FreeAgent, Sage — the usual suspects. If you're on something different, we'll either work in it or help you migrate, whichever makes more sense for your business.
Are you ready for Making Tax Digital for Income Tax?+
Yes. MTD for Income Tax brings quarterly digital updates for self-employed people and landlords above the income threshold. We'll get you set up on the right software, handle the quarterly submissions, and make sure you stay compliant without the headache.
Can we meet in person?+
Of course. Our office is in Shipley, a few minutes from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Saltaire. Give us a ring on 01274 397687 to arrange a time, or drop in during working hours — the kettle is always on.
Do you only work with local clients?+
No. We look after clients across West Yorkshire and beyond — anything that can be done in person, on the phone, or over a video call. Most of the day-to-day work is digital these days anyway.
Let's have a proper conversation about your numbers.
Whatever shape your books are in, we'll take a look without judgement and tell you honestly what we'd do next. First chat is on us.
